Through-type terminals for lithium batteries

A reliable connection is the basis for the safe and efficient operation of any battery system. Through-type terminals are designed to switch power lines between the internal space of the battery case and external consumers (inverters, charge controllers, loads). They provide hermetic, reliable and safe current input/output.

Why use through-type terminals?

  • Safety and tightness of the case
  • When assembling batteries in your own case, it is important to maintain its integrity and protect the internal components (BMS, cells, balancing wires) from dust, moisture, dirt and accidental contact. Through-type terminals with a degree of protection IP67 solve this problem completely - they are resistant to short-term immersion in water and are completely dustproof.

High Current Handling

  • Energy storage systems for solar power plants, UPS or electric vehicles often operate with high currents (tens and hundreds of amperes). Our feed-through terminals are rated for a nominal current of 200 A and a voltage of up to 500 V DC, making them ideal for most high-power systems.

Flame-retardant and durable

  • The terminal housing is made of non-flammable PA66 (polyamide), which provides high mechanical strength, resistance to shock, vibration and elevated temperatures. The material does not support combustion, which provides additional protection for your battery system.
