This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the SYREX Online Store, located at https://syrex.com.ua, may obtain about the User while using the website, programs, and products of the Online Store.

6. MANDATORY LIABILITY
6.1. User must:

6.2. Site administration is obliged to:

7.2.1. became the subject of public auction until its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. was received from a third party until the moment it was received by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. was disclosed in the interests of the User.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before filing a claim on a dispute arising from the relationship between the User of the Internet magazine site and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim must notify the applicant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt of the claim.
8.3. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1. The site administration has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy enters into force from the moment of its posting on the online store site, unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy.
