EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF ANY GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS
You can return or exchange any goods purchased in our online store, in accordance with the law "On the protection of consumers", within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase of the product.
For this, you need to make sure of the following
- all cargo documents are present (bill of lading or cargo check)
- the goods are fully intact (packaging, instructions, warranty card, stickers and other accessories)

- The cost of the courier service for returning goods of good quality is paid by you.
If the goods you received do not correspond to your order or the requested characteristics, and if any defect is found during the warranty period, we will exchange or return this product free of charge.
WAYS OF CARGO ENROLLMENT
You can send cargo by any courier services. For this, you need to pay for the shipping services and notify us of the declaration/bill of lading number. Please note that if the package is not paid for or sent with a postpaid payment, we will not be able to receive it and it will be sent back.
Please, don't forget that all returns are accepted if return conditions are met and return requests are completed in the Personal Cabinet.
MONEY TRUST TERM
You will be able to receive money no later than 7 calendar days from the moment we receive the goods.
