Ready-made 48V batteries based on prismatic lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) cells are a modern, safe and durable solution for powerful power supply systems. Each battery is assembled from high-quality cells, equipped with an intelligent BMS (battery management system) and is completely ready for operation.

  • LiFePO₄ technology is the safest among lithium batteries. It is not prone to thermal runaway, ignition or explosion even if damaged. The resource of such batteries reaches 5000–8000 charge-discharge cycles, which provides 10–15 years of reliable operation depending on the intensity of use.

Intelligent BMS included

Each 48V battery is equipped with an intelligent BMS management system (Jikong, Daly, Overkill or other manufacturers), which performs the following functions:

  • protection against short circuit, overcharge, deep discharge and overcurrent;
  • active or passive cell balancing;
  • temperature control with heater control function (optional);
  • battery status monitoring via Bluetooth (access to the application on the smartphone);
  • compatibility with inverters via CAN, RS485, RS232 (depending on the BMS model).
